AMAZING JOURNEY GIVEAWAY – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. THE PROMOTER

1.1 The Promoter is Unbridled Racing Pty Ltd (ABN 87 617 122 951) of Level 17, 459 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 (Promoter). Unbridled Racing Pty Ltd is an authorised representative (AFS Rep No. 001320823) of Sire Custodians Ltd (AFSL 223671) (Responsible Entity).

1.2 Information on how to enter and the prize forms part of these Terms and Conditions (Terms). By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.3 This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Entrants release Instagram and Meta from all liability in connection with this promotion.

2. ELIGIBILITY

2.1 Entry is open only to Australian residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

2.2 Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, the Responsible Entity, and their related bodies corporate, agencies and suppliers connected with this promotion are ineligible. Immediate family means spouse, de facto, parent, child, sibling, or anyone living in the same household.

2.3 The Promoter may request proof of age, identity and residency at any time. Failure to provide it within the time requested will result in disqualification.

3. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

3.1 The promotion opens on Friday 2 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on Monday 19 October 2026 (Promotional Period).

3.2 Entries received outside the Promotional Period are invalid. The time of receipt is determined by the Promoter's records, which are final.

3.3 All times in these Terms are Melbourne time (AEDT).

4. HOW TO ENTER

4.1 To enter, an eligible entrant must complete all of the following during the Promotional Period:

(a) follow @unbridledracing on Instagram;

(b) comment on the Promoter's official giveaway post on Instagram (Giveaway Post), tagging at least one friend's genuine Instagram account; and

(c) complete the entry form on the Promoter's giveaway landing page with their full name, email address, mobile number, state of residence, date of birth and Instagram handle.

4.2 An entrant who completes all three steps receives one (1) entry.

4.3 Entry is free. Standard internet and data costs may apply.

5. ENTRY CONDITIONS AND DISQUALIFICATION

5.1 Tagged accounts must belong to real people aged 18 or over. Tagging brand, business, celebrity, inactive, duplicate or fake accounts earns no entries.

5.2 Entrants may enter using one Instagram account and one entry form only. Multiple accounts, false details, or entries made through automated means, scripts, bots or entry services are invalid.

5.3 The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who, in its reasonable opinion, tampers with the entry process, acts in breach of these Terms, behaves in a disruptive, offensive or unlawful manner, or posts content that is defamatory, discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate.

5.4 Entrants who unfollow @unbridledracing or delete their qualifying comment before the draw may be disqualified.

5.5 The Promoter's decision on the validity of entries is final. The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible or misdirected, including due to Instagram outages or comment filtering.

6. THE PRIZE

6.1 There is one (1) prize, consisting of:

(a) a micro-share interest in the racehorse Amazing Journey, issued by the Responsible Entity under the managed investment scheme for that horse (Micro-Share), valued at $349 (incl. GST); and

(b) two (2) general admission tickets to the Golden Eagle race day at Royal Randwick Racecourse, Sydney on Saturday 31 October 2026 (Tickets), valued at $90 (incl. GST), being $45 per ticket.

6.2 The total prize value is $439 (incl. GST), being over $400. Values are the recommended retail value as at 2 October 2026. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for changes in value.

6.3 Travel, accommodation, transfers, food, drinks, spending money and any other costs to attend the race day are not included and are the winner's responsibility.

6.4 The Tickets are subject to the terms of the ticket issuer and venue, including entry, dress code and conduct conditions. If the race day is cancelled or postponed, the Tickets are valid only for the rescheduled event, or the Promoter may substitute tickets of equal or greater value.

6.5 The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, except at the Promoter's discretion. If any part of the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, it may be substituted with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any state lottery laws.

7. MICRO-SHARE CONDITIONS

7.1 The Micro-Share is a financial product. It will be issued by the Responsible Entity under the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) for the scheme. The winner must read the PDS and Target Market Determination (TMD) at unbridledracing.com.au.

7.2 To receive the Micro-Share, the winner must complete the Responsible Entity's application process, including identity verification under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cth), within [14] days of being notified.

7.3 If the winner does not complete the application process in time, or the Responsible Entity cannot lawfully issue the Micro-Share to them, the winner forfeits the Micro-Share. The Promoter may, at its discretion, award a substitute prize of equal value.

7.4 Racehorse ownership is speculative. The Micro-Share may lose value, and the horse may not race, win prizemoney or be sold for a profit. Nothing in this promotion is a recommendation to acquire a financial product.

7.5 The winner should seek independent tax advice about receiving the Micro-Share and any associated returns.

8. THE DRAW

8.1 The draw will take place at 10:00am AEDT on Tuesday 20 October 2026 by random electronic draw, conducted online by the Promoter from Level 17, 459 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000.

8.2 The first valid entry drawn wins the prize. The Promoter will also draw [three (3)] reserve entries, ranked in the order drawn, in case of an invalid or unclaimed prize.

8.3 Each valid entry has an equal chance of being drawn.

9. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND CLAIMING

9.1 The winner will be announced on @unbridledracing on Instagram on 20 October 2026 and notified by phone and email using the details in their entry form within two (2) business days of the draw.

9.2 The winner must respond and claim the prize within [five (5)] days of notification and provide proof of identity, age and residency.

9.3 The Promoter will never ask the winner to pay a fee or provide banking or card details to claim the prize. Entrants should ignore any Instagram account or message claiming otherwise.

9.4 The winner's name and state will be published at [https://unbridledracing.com.au/news] within 2 days of the draw and kept there for at least 28 days.

10. UNCLAIMED PRIZE

10.1 If the winner cannot be contacted, does not claim the prize in time, or is ineligible, the prize will be awarded to the next valid reserve entry in order.

10.2 Because the Tickets are for 31 October 2026, the reserve process will be completed by [26 October 2026]. Any Tickets unclaimed after that date are forfeited.

11. PUBLICITY

11.1 By entering, entrants consent to the Promoter displaying their Instagram handle and comments in connection with this promotion.

11.2 The winner agrees to take part in reasonable publicity, and consents to the Promoter using their name, state, image and likeness in promotional material without further payment, unless they opt out in writing when claiming the prize.

12. PRIVACY

12.1 The Promoter collects entrants' personal information to run this promotion, verify entries, contact the winner, and meet its legal obligations, including those of the Responsible Entity.

12.2 If an entrant opts in on the entry form, the Promoter may also use their information to send marketing about Unbridled Racing products and offers. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time.

12.3 Personal information may be disclosed to the Responsible Entity, ticketing partners, and service providers who help run the promotion, some of whom may be located overseas.

12.4 Personal information is handled in line with the Promoter's Privacy Policy at unbridledracing.com.au/privacy-policy, which explains how to access or correct information and how to make a complaint. If an entrant does not provide the requested information, they cannot enter.

13. LIABILITY

13.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

13.2 To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, the Responsible Entity and their related bodies corporate, officers, employees and agents are not liable for any loss, damage or injury (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from entry into this promotion, acceptance or use of the prize, or attendance at the race day.

13.3 The Promoter is not responsible for any technical failure, malfunction, data loss, or interference with Instagram, the entry form, or any network or system.

13.4 Entrants indemnify the Promoter against any claim arising from content they post in connection with this promotion.

14. GENERAL

14.1 If this promotion cannot run as planned due to fraud, technical failure, tampering or any cause beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may, subject to any direction from a state regulator, suspend, modify or cancel the promotion.

14.2 The Promoter may amend these Terms where required by law or a regulator, or where the change does not materially disadvantage entrants. Any change will be published at [https://unbridledracing.com.au/terms-and-conditions].

15.3 If any clause of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, it is severed and the remaining clauses continue in effect.

15.4 Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights does not waive those rights.

15.5 These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

15.6 The Promoter's decision on any matter relating to this promotion is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
