Delete your account
Ask us to delete your Unbridled Racing account and the personal data we hold with it.
In the app
The quickest way is from the app itself: open Profile, tap Delete account, and confirm. In the owners portal it's under Profile → Security. Either one deletes the account immediately.

Use this form if you've uninstalled the app, can't sign in, or own shares in a horse. We'll reply to the address you give us to confirm it's you before anything is deleted.
What gets deleted
Your login, profile and contact details, saved cards, bank details, notification settings and device registrations all go.
If you've bought a share in a horse, the ownership and payment records behind it have to be kept for as long as Australian financial record keeping law requires, so we close the account rather than erase those records. We'll explain exactly what stays when we reply. Our Privacy Policy covers how we handle your data in the meantime.
